As we approach our 15th Anniversary, we’re taking a look back at some of our most memorable productions. Today, the guys look back on a particular video production across the river in NY that was filled with challenges that made the project extra thrilling…while the weather made it extra chilling!
Fathom Communications created Optimum Set Up Showdown as a unique educational program to help viewers understand their services in a more entertaining way. They created a reality game show featuring two families from the NYC area, who would compete in various games to set up or use their Optimum cable or internet services!
Grey Sky Films joined on as the crew to film, direct, and edit this fast-paced show. As luck would have it, the northeast was destined to be hit by one of the largest snow storms of the season. Facing an impending major snow storm, flight cancellations, and super-icy conditions, our crew buckled down with the team at Fathom to stay one step ahead of each obstacle and create Optimum Set Up Showdown!
