Weill Cornell Medicine approached us early on during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in search of a marketing solution to encourage their patients to get in touch with them if care is needed. With fear of catching or being exposed to the virus, many people were skipping routine medical appointments, avoiding starting cancer treatments, and overall just delaying their care.
It was essential that we come up with a creative way to demonstrate this message without being on-set to film, as at that time was not feasable due to fear of spreading the virus. Together we came up with an idea for an animated campaign that was easy to follow, with simple messaging, and clear branding for Weill Cornell Medicine. The campaign was called “Don’t Delay Your Care” in order to show people that they need not fear COVID-19 with new safety protocols WCM has put in place, offer virtual care opportunities and to demonstrate how important it is to keep up with their care.
We created four total videos, one long form, and three shorter cuts, all for promotion on social media and digital ad platforms.
